Arthur Avignom

Born in the United States. CIA official who resided in the U.S. embassy in Cuba under the cover of third secretary. He maintained connections between conspirators from that country with terrorist groups within Cuba, participating in the delivery of weapons and explosives. He left the country definitively in January 1961.
