Everett D. Jackson

Born in the United States, he was captured on December 29, 1967 when he manned a light Taylor Craft aircraft, registration N-96467, that crashed on Falcons Key after flying over Cadiz Bay, to the north of Rancho Veloz. Prior to his coming down, he released a parachute containing a M-1 carbine with a telescopic site, 200 rounds of ammunition, two cameras, a telescope, military scale maps, a compass, and a telephoto lens for a camera. He confessed to having left his home state of Florida that day to slip into Cuba.
