Freddy Lugo

Born in Venezuela. One of the terrorists who planted the bomb in the Cubana de Aviation plane that exploded on route to Barbados in 1976, killing all 73 civilians aboard. He was part of a group of supposed private detectives under the direction of Luis Posada Carriles. This group was responsible for carrying out terrorist activities against Cuban organizations abroad and against foreign countries that maintained relations with Cuba.
