Luis Torroella Martin-Rivero

He was born in Cuba. In 1960 he traveled to the U.S. where he was recruited by the CIA. That same year he returned to the island and traveled to Santiago de Cuba. His intentions were to establish different counterrevolutionary organizations in that province and foment crime, rebellion, sabotage, acts of terrorism and plans to assassinate different revolutionary leaders.
