Lyman Kirpatrick

He was born in the U.S. Inspector General of the CIA from 1957 to 1962. Six months after the unsuccessful Bay of Pigs invasion he made a report where he analyzed the reasons why this operation failed. This document was made public by the U.S. government in the 90’s.
