Miguel Angel Orozco Crespo

He was born in Cuba. Former member of the U.S. Army. He was recruited and trained by the CIA to carry out infiltration operations. He was the Head of the Special Missions Group (GME), created by the CIA to introduce weapons and explosives to the island and to carry out terrorist actions. He was arrested in Pinar del Rio province in 1962.
