Ramon Saul Sanchez Rizo
Born in Cuba in 1954.
He moved to the U.S. in his youth. In 1970 he established links with the following terrorist groups: Cuban National Liberation Front, Abdala, Alpha-66, Young People of the Star, CORU, the Organization for the Liberation of Cuba, Omega 7 and Independent and Democratic Cuba (CID).
He has participated in pirate attacks, assassinations, kidnappings, and in terrorist acts with explosives. He was one of the promoters of the provocative "flotillas" organized against Cuba by the terrorist organization Movimiento Democracia, that he presides over.
