Robert Mayor Van Horn

Born in the USA.

In 1959 he was an officer of the CIA section in the U.S. embassy in Cuba. However, he acted as attaché in charge of aviation issues. He participated with local counter-revolutionary groups in the organization and preparation of terrorist actions. His actual role was disclosed when Erickson Nichols’ secret activities, the other alleged American diplomat, were revealed.
